DOMESTIC DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not delivered on Sunday’s or holidays.

Orders of €50.00 or more are delivered free of charge. This only applies to Malta & Gozo orders.

 

Local Estimated Delivery Time: 

1-3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment method:
Malta Post. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 


Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lyonne Carabott is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

Lyonne Carabott is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, please contact us, meet.lyonne@gmail.clom.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
